I hold dual Master’s degrees—an MBA and an MS in Human Resource Design—from the Claremont Colleges, which shape my thoughtful, intentional approach to guiding clients through complex decisions. I currently am an adjunct business professor at Gonzaga University and sit on the board of a start up community called, Launchpad Inland Northwest.
I have a background including HR product development in Silicon Valley and managing a tuition-free boarding school for a major nonprofit. Those experiences strengthened my commitment to community impact and meaningful, relationship-driven work.
