Hello, I'm Roger

It has been a crazy road. Currently, I speak about real estate and the concepts I wrote in a new book, I Don't Match Socks. This book helps people understand how to lead their teams in this new world (post, you know what). I'm also building a team of real estate agents so they are empowered to grow their businesses, I am working with my wife to train RE agents how to run their practice as a business, and I'm a family guy. But it wasn't always so easy.

I was homeless in high school and ended up not graduating. Honestly, I was on a path to nowhere. I got my GED, then pursued a degree in finance and marketing at Gonzaga University. From there, I became a financial analyst managing a multi-million dollar P&L at Nordstrom, an international public speaker (1,300+ presentations), a best-selling author, and Forbes Contributor. Then I sold my award-winning marketing agency to pursue my passion for education as co-founder of Sisu Academy, a tuition-free boarding high school for underserved students (just like me). After launching the school almost two years ago, the unexpected pandemic hit, and Sisu had to cease operations. Now, I am building and continuing to organizations making a bigger impact on the world.
